Floritt was one of my favorite of Kompy's PCA characters, so I liked to put the artistic smeargle girl with Rene whenever I could. How she talked Rene into this little art project, Rene will never know.
Also she may have cheekily added a bit of a message on the backside. I'm sure that paint will totally wash off!
