Another really fun thing I got to do in Alaska was snowmobile to a glacier! When we got there, we had to cross an ice line (where the glacier was pushing against the frozen lakebed we stood on) to get up close and personal. I was the second person to have my photo taken touching it, but as soon as my photos were taken, the glacier began to crack, so we had to leave!

I feel incredibly lucky to have touched a real life glacier, and wanted to never forget that experience, so I asked  buckovskiart to recreate the photo with my sona. The result is absolutely delightful. Thank you thank you thank you!
