a set module in a set world ?
less problems during the campaign, but you need to know the base material.
also need to read the same module more than 30 times (even if it is only 50 pages ).
setting up a campaign seems easy, then running it and not feeling you are mising out on more preperation can take longer. It's also a lot of your own brain RAM occupied to what should happened, what will happen, what did happen during the campaign.
Speaking from experiance? no... not at all ... what gave you that impression~

I read through the background and holy crap are you okay? I’m glad you’re going to a therapist, but if you need more time to yourself, I’m certain pretty much all of us will be very patient in regards to more art in the future. Your mental and physical well-being comes before overloading on work. Also you’re allowed to like Overwatch. And as for the campaign, if you have no prior experience running a campaign I recommend starting with a premade module made by someone else. Running D&D homebrew for your first ever campaign will be very stressful. I ran Waterdeep Dragon Heist for my first one and that was a lot of fun. Another word of advice: embrace the chaos sometimes. D&D can be fun if you let stuff happen, but understanding how to reel your players back in is a skill worth learning. Heck I even had a trans player and an enby in my group and they made the game tons of fun. I hope things start going better for you and good luck on your future endeavors.
Sincerely,
A trans-supportive fan

I want to continue my DnD campaing but everyone is so busy aaaaaaaaaaaaa
also if you need help I'm more than willing to help you with the DnD stuff, but as long as you don't do my first time DMing mistake of starting with everything homebrew, you should be fine, just use a premade starting campaign for new players, after doing that it's been going great. (for the most part)
