Original Species: Kokooreth
The Kokooreth is a large, omnivorous dinosaur native to the forested areas of the Elysian Continent. Named after the distinct calls it makes, this creature feeds primarily on plants but is more than willing to hunt down small mammals, reptiles, and insects whenever possible. Fortunately for researchers, humanoid races seem above this dinosaur's preferred prey size.
Depicted in the image above is a male Kokooreth. Females differ from males in that they lack the blue and purple coloration on their head, tail, and arms. Both males and females live a solitary life, only engaging with one another for mating.
Due to their less vibrant coloration, females are the ones who take care of the nest and hatchlings. On average, they raise 5 to 10 eggs every 2 years.
