Yeah, this is based in the same storyline. Zim let his slave have a turn at being on top just out of curiosity... yeah, so this happened.
Zim's, uh... very hormonal and Dib BETTER make him a f*cking sandwich. And it BETTER have peanut butter on it. It doesn't matter what else. But there must be PEANUT BUTTER DANG IT.
The funny thing is, they've already had twins by accident. Only, Dib was the mother in that case (Dez and Erin, btw). XD
For those curious: It will be a boy and they'll name him Jacob.
...From now on, they'll be more careful. ROFL

P.S. Originally Zim had enslaved him out of hatred and enjoyed sexually abusing him, but after Dez and Erin, he started growing nicer to his slave and much gentler. He's grown undeniably attached to him during their time together. He wouldn't call it love, but he does enjoy his company quite a lot now.

THAT YOU GOT IT RIGHT! (Wheel of Fortune music plays)
The first time around, when it was Dib who was pregnant, Zim anesthized the lower half of his body and cut him open, getting the smeets out.
For this, Zim has the Computer do it and Dib monitor it, as well as take care of the smeet once it's out.
I really don't want to write a painful birth scene and c-sections are SO FUN TO WRITE. :D
