Warlocks were powerful spell casters in their prior lives, but their minds and souls were tainted by the Blackwave's evil magic. Twisted into acolytes of the Blackwave alliance, these formidable foes are always seen on the frontlines alongside other demon monsters although thankfully less commonly than the whelps. Their main method of attack is to ensnare a target with a paralysis spell, draw them in closer with telekinesis, and then leech their the life force to gain even more strength. Being ensnared is almost impossible to escape if no one else can help, making them especially deadly if encountered alone. If they do not have time to cast their leech spell, they'll cast very low level elemental spells that are much weaker seeing as the malaise of darkness has diminished the rest of their casting ability. Their tall height, shadowy cloak, and sinister red eye make them very easy to distinguish from other demons even in a large crowd.
