From the thumnail I thought it is a reference to the Neon Future! Bright and colorful.

Thank you! Poppy is a collaborative OC with friend Len (who has much more a head for symbolism than I do), so lotsa fun colors and imagery to be done!

Reference to the Gorrilaz's "Clint Eastwood"! Good song for Poppy descending headlong into debauchery.
