Got the model, but also decided to try some variants, here is presented some vanilla versions along with new fan-based.

The tail module us ready at base-level, pseudofur is mostly shaped and usable)
Not much art value of this upload, but just a variety of this monsties (unfinished preview). You can use them for your works, version is 1.5pre, (s and q-ratings only!)

-brought back to S-rating
-added hiss emotion (shapekey) and breath movements (bone controller)
-redone arm fingers rigging (to be more visible and comfy to use, thumbs are also fixed, is opposable if you wish)
-repaired and retextured tail spike meshes (now controllable)
-overhauled (a bit) materials
-added new color variations
-fixed broken mouth deforms inside (has been influenced by jaw+modifiers movement)
-created ear+eye red glowing effect (eye needs to be redrawn. all is currently accessible in Shading window only)
-reworked wing membranes to make them more flexible (found it's a bit unoptimal)
-added bones for lower frontal lips, now it can speak if you wish to animate like that (calibration needed)
-added back furred areas to the arms, along with new chest fur areas to expand fluffyness, also it might be considered as female appearance
-added shapekey to change appearance a bit for female version (better than doubling the mesh)
-recreated tail skeleton with 2 more bones and weight repaint (more precise bending)
-remodeled tail spikes + pseudofur in addition. (fur is on calibrations, needs matching with main one)
-pupils are wide'able now (attached to master-controller)
-all present stuff is now driver-based, except breathing anim.
future plans:
-fix texture mix-in for wings to ~0.25 or it gonna be slightly emissive (should not be), actually each variant requires calibrating.
-add wingblades folding controller L+R (?)
-reshape head fur group into thicker hairs, must be more visible with that method.
-make proper IK bones to control neck and tail movement, next to make tail controlled by 5 beacons (not really required, simple IK setup is enough)
-thin fur coating on tail front, this area is pure scales, so the excessive fluffiness in non-canonn.
also to streamline fur curves data, must be not so curvy and fluffy.
-fix thumbs on front paws to have better geometry transitions and mesh deform. also other fingers deforms are not ideal.
-finish squishable pawpads for the arms.
-redraw wing's textures, it has blades projected right on it, that Capcom's baking...
There's a major bug currently:
some belly and rear leg areas are bugged from errors in NM texture. I'll look into this later.
Medium/minor issues:
1)the "green styled" version with striped limbs has very color-simplistic appearance, will be improved. As well the silverwind is not very well drawn yet with all details and areas being correct. Colors to decide too, how much of blue tone to use.
2)left eye is a bit mismatching in movements, not my bug, can be parryed by manual selection (left tracking beacon).
small notes at last: This fiercewater is dark type, no yellow belly and fur is not too bright (it's just better basic appearance of stock narga texture).

31.08.24 Well, fur recalibration brought back all the mess on right side. Will tweak it tomorrow, also I forgot to make "enraged" state to eyes, only the ears is emission controlled currently. And to fix inner fingers on the arms, still overinfluenced by something. At least the main ones (3 left and 3 right) are reworked and looks better.
You also can have controllable spikes and tail can be telescopic a bit, like ingame...
