I have no idea what occasion vi would be wearing this for but it would most likely be some environmentalist event. The motives on Happy Ness' dress represent the central components of the Ness ecosystem: the crescents represent the life-giving gems that illuminates most of the caves. The mole-like animals loosen up soil and dig out new caves, stewarding old habitats and creating new ones. The plants on the skirt include the three most common crops: pine trees, seaweed and ferns. The wave-like edges of the skirt represent the refreshing flow of water.
