I have a new character! His name is Lucius. He's a prince, and heir to the throne! The queen is the current ruler after the King disappeared. She rules a tropical gulf, much of it being a coral reef. So far Lucius is an absolute treasure to draw. I love his "cloak" and how his head fins look like a butterflies wings. The queen, although undesigned, will certainly have fins similarly designed.
