BBQ Pork Ribs w/ Cheesy Corn Mashed Potatoes
this was sooooo delicious!
(My BBQ is my own special recipe so I can't give it out; but you can use any tangy like BBQ =])
Recipe calls for 4-6 large boneless pork ribs
Marinade (Made a day in advance)
- 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1/2 Cup White Wine
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 2 Tbsp Chopped Garlic & Water
- 1 tsp Meat Tenderizer
Marinate Pork Ribs for 24 hours mixing every once and a while to keep it flavoring all sides.
Cook Ribs for 1.5 hours at 250' then baste with 2 light coats of BBQ while still hot.
Cheesy Corn
- 1/2 Cup Corn
- 4 strips of Bacon Cut into 1/4 inch Pieces (Cooked)
- 3 Tbsp Asiago Cheese
- 3 Tbsp White Italian Cheese
- 1.5 Cups White Queso Cheese
After cooking bacon add the rest on a low heat until all cheese is melted.
Place on top of a portion of mashed potatoes and eat up!
