Sometimes it involves being a distracting presence, showing skin in all the right places and using bold colors to appear more feminine.
When he needs to get serious, his brains come into play. The baubles attached to his shorts are actually bombs filled with neurologic chemicals. The compressed powder shapes bust open and mix with the liquid to produce a gas, which can range from causing pain to emotional imbalances to temporarily paralysis when inhaled.
