Artison had was once an orphan who lost his leg to muggers, but he kept his spirits as high as he could and made his invention a prosthetic leg. As he got older, he made new legs and more complicated designs to make walking feel as natural as he could remember.
When he got noticed by someone for his leg, he was offered money to make a prosthetic for a guard who lost their hand. He made it for them, and he got attention of an academy up top. That he was taken into a school with people as smart as him, and was given the ability to grow up safe and learn greater things.
He learned his education was paid because his sister, Loretta, signed up for the service. So he started making many difference devices to protect people, and sold the designs to they could be mass produce. This got him fame and attention, to a point where the same people his sister worked for had asked for his help.
Artison was taken aside and hired to both hold onto and oversee the research on magic artifacts that the kingdom had discovered and collected. Among those was The Ring, which Artison had discovered the purpose of and has used to explore alternate dimensions. Which has lead to him meeting to people, including his future wife, Mira.

Of all the places they explored and all the things Artison created in that time, he had created thousands of inventions. countless creations that helped those on the battlefield or those within the city he lived in. It all allowed his wife, his sister, and himself to live comfortably. However, there was a day Mira wanted to show Artison something, and had him lay a hand on her large belly. It was just a small kick felt back on his hand, but the pyreheart wolf knew what it meant, what was to come would be the greatest creation of his entire life.
