Like Drillbit and Wingnut, Sheldrake was part of "Team Rejex," a parody of "Sonic Heroes" three-character teamups. Naturally, he was the Speed component; beyond that (and the fact that he inexplicably sounds like a bad Woody Allen impersonation), all I had about him was that he never leaves his shell, probably due to being embarassed by his partial roboticizing (or just plain cowardice).
