Personality: Overall a reserved and soft-spoken guy; preferring to avoid to people and social interactions whenever possible. But is surprisingly helpful nonetheless, showing a serious dedication to helping out others in need. When in costume of course. In private life he's quite the nerd as some might say; spending the majority of his free time gaming, attempting to write a story, or excitedly gushing about some new interest with a close friend or two.

Powers

Kinetic Energy Manipulation: He's able to affect the potential energy of a person or object and transfer or imbue to another it at will; I.E. turning a regular object into an explosive or giving a person the power to tear through walls with a simple touch. For less, lethal, options he can also freely manipulate the speed and momentum of an object; Slowing and stopping it from moving entirely, or even quicken it and make it impossible to stop.
Certainty Manipulation: While seemingly limited to changing the course or outcome of events to be favorable for himself or rather unlucky for his enemies, it's a rather useful ability if used at the right time. Even if he seems to have control over the directions of things rather than results. Either way it's a rarely used skill as each successive use seems to come with some kind of cost....which unfortunately leaves little information of what he can actually do.
Conjuration While seeming like a skill he only learned to magically create objects for use (and save money) or to store his weaponry; it is in fact his main power. After all, having an incredibly steady supply of cards, dice, etc. for use as explosives or projectiles is no joke. He was able to learn a few more tricks though; Being able to create and summon a magic golem to act as a duplicate dummy of himself for example. Or even teleportation. Which isn't limited to just himself, although requiring a bit more concentration, he is able to change the location of another person or object; to a somewhat lesser degree if he isn't transporting himself with them.
