Personality: Aiema is the kind of person who puts her pride and honor before everything else: very skilled warrior, and former captain of the army of Vermilia, the badger woman believes herself to be the best fighter among her peers; with her strong body, and her peculiar fighting style, she never lost a duel, always victorious against any foe who faced her, forming for herself the idea of being unable to ever lose. A superiority complex so radicated in her mind that, if cracked, would make her doubt her whole existence... exactly what happened when Aiema met and fought against the bounty huntress known as Puss in Boots, Caterina Straparola.
Her battle against the cat lady, for who would have taken in jail a criminal they both knocked out, resulted in the first ever defeat of Aiema, leading her into a spiral of hatred and rage: after that battle, each time the two women crossed paths a new fight ensued, always resulting in a new loss for the badger Beastfolk; loss after loss, humiliation after humiliation, Aiema's psyche cracked, and turned her life upside down.
Wounded in her pride, feeling pure and genuine hatred to the only person who ever bested her, the former captain left the army and became a mercenary herself, with a single goal in mind: to defeat Caterina and claim her bounty, in a way to restore her lost honor and finally feel in peace with herself.
Except for her vendetta, Aiema is a very strong willed woman: a girl who rarely gets scared, ready to face any obstacle that life puts on her path, and more than willing to take risks anyone would avoid; being so confident in her skills, now on the mercenary work, the badger lady takes usually the missions nobody else dares to take, in a way to prove to the world, but mostly to herself, that she's strong as she believes. A person who basically loves to dance with death, in a way to demonstrate her self worth, and feel good in doing so.
Being a woman she can even be seductive, able to court people and make them fall for her... but she doesn't like that so much, preferring to use brute force instead of her feminine gifts to obtain whatever she needs or wants. Subterfuges and tricks aren't in her style, and she personally despises who use such things, remarking so even more her hate for Caterina, especially when, during their fights, the cat lady mocks her, making so her lose focus on the battle and being driven by rage.

Badgers are predators, ready to feast on who's smaller than them, and in this Aiema isn't different: if she's hungry enough, or if she defeated someone who she considers way below her level, she's not new to devouring people, enjoying doing such a thing too.
A bad loser, in her view of the world, doesn't deserve a second chance, and the only fate they might look forward to is to feed the winners (referring to herself obviously); and when she devours a poor soul, she's cruel and sadistic as much as she can: she always swallows people feet first, in a way to make them see their body disappear into hers, giving them a last, futile look to the outside world before ending up inside of her, to not see the sunlight ever again.
Whoever enters her stomach, be it friend or foe, will never be left out of it alive: if you get inside Aiema's belly you're just food for her, nothing more and nothing less, not even deserving of being bullied or aknowledged... after all, why would anyone talk with their meal after securing it inside their gut?

Abilities: Aiema, as said before, is a very skilled fighter, who uses a quite particular fighting style with her broadsword: using her agility, despite being quite heavy herself, the badger lady uses leaps and aerial turns to move her sword in great arcs, giving it so enough strenght to blow hard defenses when it strikes; blocking her is madness, if you don't want to be cut in half, and so dodging her quite choreographic attacks is the only way to deal with them.
Other than that Aiema possessed a peculiar magical ability: being based on the Mujina demons, badger demons from japanese folklore, she can use their ability to enlarge part or the totality of her body for a limited time; if the Mujina could do so only with their gut, in a way to turn it into a drum, Aiema can make her limbs grow to deliver devastating blows, or instead turn all of herself into a giant and use such a form for mass destruction... or to endulge in large quantities of preys all at once.

Trivia: The surname of Aiema, "Borshuk", means "badger" in polish, while her name resembles the polish word "Niema", which means "nothing".
Her name and surname so would me "Badger of Nothigness", fitting considering how she's a predator who always makes her preys disappear completely.
