Charlie and Zia went on a vacation to the German mountains, unfortunately the balloon salesman had clumsily ruined their hot air balloon and lost their helium tank. Fortunately, Zia's allergic reaction to the sauerkraut they enjoyed for lunch helped them sightsee across the mountains. Good thing the Caprilline was even more of a windbag than the hot air balloon would've been!
