Been sitting on this one for a couple weeks! Wanted to wait till my mom got the Displate print before posting it online. She lost her cat, Scarlett, a few months ago, after 22 years together.

We first adopted her when she was 8 months old from a local rescue that had their cats at Petsmart. She'd been found nursing 1 litter of kittens while pregnant with another. Sadly, none of her second litter survived. She was still so weak when we brought her home that she'd struggle to jump onto anything, and would stumble easily. She quickly earned the reputation/nickname of bring a princess from having to be carried everywhere! She got stronger, though, and ruled the house with so much sass her whole life.
