Pantherlily's from the manga/anime "Fairy Tail" and is a fairly recent addition to the cast, and yeah, he's pretty damn cool, one of my favorite characters despite being so recent. The saga he's introduced in just started in the anime, so he'll be appearing soon, can't wait to see who's voicing him.

the author of fairy tail was intrigued by him, so he made him into a character of his manga
and his plushie form is awesome too
you should watch the anime, it doesnt diaspoint, its one of the best Anime and manga that i have read and seen in my life!!!!!!!!!!!!
