While many cities across Kitaag still stand active; if crumbling, many have long since been abandoned by their colonist residents. Or, perhaps something worse happened to them...
Either way, these colonies are just left to rot, and scavengers flock to them to rip out what wasn't taken when the last resident fled. Seems this one was intended to be something great, going by that statue. Old reports state its population in its heyday was about 15 thousand, though after the great evacuation and time, the last report of its population was barely over 50.
This is the one time you'll see a Mutta in a colony, and that one's Liena the scout, doing her travels once more.
