The picture shows the Reptilian Lord of evil - DEVON (blue one on the left side) and the Reptilim Sorcerer RAZOR (green one on the right side)!
Since DEVON got more physical strenght, RAZOR is the more skilled mage - this is a battle, not easily to win for both sides!

This is a randaom situation, created by ourselves... it has nothing straigt to do with both our universes RULUS and TRASKAL! We just liked the idea of a fight between DEVON and RAZOR.
