It took me a while to come to some idea as to the characters who could fulfil the criteria to this meme, but then I figured if one was to work from the idea of established characters living communally in an environment where they're in such a role as to compare to King Kong, then it could work. So, the MLP characters I've chosen for this particular setup were selected not just because of the idea of them being part of a race of giants, but also on how readily they'd accept more rudimentary accommodation than would be typical.

Princess Luna, Rainbow Dash, Twilight Sparkle, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Princess Celestia, Thorax, Maud Pie, Zecora and Moon Dancer. Every one of their images was selected as being the first to convey the idea of them reacting to receiving tiny individuals to do with as they wish; hence the mix of cheer, joy and awkwardness between their expressions.
