There is one where its mental and perception regression, basically everyone treats you as if you were always younger while you retain your memory or fully regress into the age everyone sees you as. From teenager to baby based on your maturity. The game is Perpetual Change by PieceOfSoap.

There is also another game called Sammy Paws Daycare where you struggle to escape the daycare while keeping your maturity and potty training in check, with your maturity dictating what age you regress when you leave or turning you into a baby if you fail.

I've heard of the latter, not the former.
