I was also wondering what does "SB," "MI," and "AB" mean? I am potentially interested in using this for a D&D creature, but I don't know what those initials mean.

SB-starting Bid: the start price point
MI - minimum increment: minimum you can bid between yourself and others so say I offer $80 the minimum you can go above is $82 but you try and put it me and do $85 or more if you can afford it
AB- auto buy: you auto buy for what the seller think it’s total is worth and no one can out buy you.
