Crime is tough in New York city. If it not the group of ninjutsu trained reptiles kicking your ass, then it's one of the other group of mutants or vigilantes patrolling round the city...
Still on the other hand, you could also end up getting mixed up with one of the villain groups that set up operations in New York like the Foot. When a group calling themselves the Mutant Mafia show up, they quick to show they're not one to mess with. Especially the leader of this new gang, a massively obese mutant gazelle by the name of Lucia Rosetti, who's viciousness is only overshadowed by her massive hunger.

I quite like Lucia. She definitely made good first impression and I personally love the idea of her returning, possibly becoming a recurring minor villain for the turtles to contend with from time to time when not dealing with the big threats.
