RARE ANTHRO NOELLE ART!!! Look I believe in feral dragon supremacy but she kinda looks super cute??? I dont even like anthro art much but I honestly adore this to pieces??? I showed this piece to an irl friend of mine (not a furry lol) and he said "would" so take that as you will. You won't see a lot of her anthro form (not canon btw) so enjoy it while you can >:)
