Yes.
I lived in WI for four years. Lady, my former-roomie and web designer lives in WI and I visit her quite often. I've been as far as Green Bay, I have been to Oconomowoc several times, Madison, to the tip of WI towards Minoqua, Eagle River and even into the Michigan Peninsula. I have been more across WI than my home state of MN. Why? Mostly family, my aunt and uncle lived several places and we used to visit them every summer for three weeks or a month, then once in the fall since we never got to see them over holidays.

Wisconsin boonies cabins generally are filled with deer and bear hunters. So THIS is where this joke stems from. It IS a joke, like the state bird of MN is the Mosquito. It is funny, BUT it is also TRUE.

Yes, I live in MN, and here's a shocker, I have never been to CANADA.
