Hello everybody!~
I plan to open commissions on May 30, 8pm EDT(UTC−4:00). There'll be 5 slots available. Style - full render.
To make it easier for you to keep track of the time until the commissions opening, you can click here.
When the timer comes to an end, I will upload a new submission where all you have to do is leave a comment to take the slot. 💙
After this, I will contact you in private messages, where I'll send a link to a Google form where you can provide all the necessary information.
Commission information:.
• The price per character, full-body - $350. ✨ Click here to see examples.✨
each additional character +70% to a price (2 characters - $595, 3 characters - $840, etc)
• Both SFW/NSFW are fine.
• A simple background is free, more complex ones are discussed. I don’t have examples of works with complex backgrounds, but I’m ready to experiment and try for you. I know how to work with references and work in 3D, which will certainly come in handy.
• The final file size will be 4000 pixels on the larger side.
• The final file will be sent to you in full size via Google Drive, Telegram, DropMeFiles, etc.
• Commissions are completed within three-four weeks on average, but complex orders with an abundance of details or complex ideas may take longer to complete. Please keep in mind that you may have to wait for me to finish other commissions placed earlier than yours. I'll tell you a more precise deadline when discussing the commission.
Other info and some rules:
• Payment via Hipolink only (you can use your PayPal or bank card).
• I draw only after prepayment. If you order several characters and total amount of money is big, we can divide the payment into 2-3 equal parts (1st payment - sketch, 2nd one - line + flat color, 3rd one - final art)
• Due to the fact that I cannot use my PayPal due to sanctions, if you refuse the commission, I will not be able to refund your money. I have never had a situation where someone changed their mind after paying, but I think it’s important to mention this just in case.
• During the process, I will send you screenshots of the work so that we can be sure that everything is exactly as you want. 💙✨ Basic minimum: sketch for approval, line + flat color, final work. (the rest will be shown randomly as the work progresses xD)
• I can refuse a commission, if i dislike the topic/theme/character. (never happened before, but still)
• You can upload the commission to your page or anywhere else, but please remember to give me credit and link back to my FA page. ☺️ Commercial use of your commission is prohibited.
• I usually draw: paws, feet, tickle torture, bondage, characters from movies/cartoons, original characters, clean art. In general, I'm open to ideas.
• I won't draw: underage characters in NSFW or fetish scenes, gore, diapers, vomit and other extreme fetishes (if you aren't sure if I'll draw your fetish or not - feel free to ask me).
I always hope that my customers will treat me respectfully. :3

I was about to ask why it was so expensive, then I took a look at the description as the picture easily makes a funny of what it could be.
It makes complete sense to me!
...I almost want to reserve a slot but...kinda questioning if I even dare ask that, let alone even ask if I'd even be able to request my slot (assuming I somehow land the slot by slapping the button faster than Meta Knight can react in the hardest difficulty of Samurai Kirby) being last because my proper reference sheet is in development.

I believe quality should not be cheap. I've been working as an artist for over six years now, and during this time I've gained a lot of experience and established a good reputation. My prices reflect the time and effort put into each commission, and I believe that the quality of my work is worth the money spent. <3

The fact that your reference is in progress is ok! If you have art with a character where all the details are clearly visible, I can work on them too and check with you in case of design errors. ^^

As for me taking the slot...my luck and timing are my worst traits, I can be super late and just not get the slot ever because there's only 5 and I've seen comments be seconds to minutes apart and that small amount of time is hard to really keep track of even if you leave a link since it is possible for things to get busy and this slips my mind. <v>
So I hope I can take a slot potentially...I don't have much confidence in landing a slot. But I do appreciate you wishing me good luck. I'll do my best to react as fast I can.

Understandable, and makes sense. Though unfortunately doing so may lock the slots off to only those who truly frequent your slots because they can in fact pay for them each and every opening. Which doesn't quite feel right but there's honestly no right answers without stretching way too far.

I decided to raise prices only for individual commissions because it takes more time than multislot YCHs, I get completely involved in working with ONE specific person. YCHs were cheaper due to the fact that there were several slots > several people paying, but if someone wants to get something unique and only for them, it is logical that it would cost more. 乁| ･ 〰 ･ |ㄏ

I think you should price your art however you want! I'm sure there will always be people who are interested. But I think you might benefit if you did different rendering options or different styles at different price points so everybody has a better chance at getting something from you.
For example, offering a colored sketch for a lesser amount. Offering detailed rendering for a larger amount. Maybe some quick doodles that give you more artistic freedom for a fractional price, etc etc.
When I used to do graphic design I would always get burned out from doing the same type of thing. So changing up styles may help with that as well.
Just some ideas. Take it with a grain of salt and do whatever makes you happiest!

You are absolutely right about the variety of commission types! This really makes art more accessible and diverse, both in terms of work and results. :з
In the future I plan to really expand the “product range”. However, at the moment, I can say that I am testing the waters to see how far prices can be raised without a drop in demand. At least for a full render. x)

Also just some thoughts, do not require an answer. They were originally supposed to be in the previous comment, but I cut them out as I considered them not relevant to your message
I often see other artists making so much more money for less effort, and it's very demotivating - it makes me feel devalued. I spend so many hours on each piece, I put my soul and heart into it, but I don’t sell it at a price that matches my inner feeling.

All of what you say is completely understandable! I've actually been keeping a relatively close eye on how your style has progressed! I abstained because well...my anatomy just didn't really mesh well at all juuuust yet until as of recent! Maybe since last year did I really think about getting something from you finally! Even if now is a bit expensive, I have total freedom and now I can have alternate versions if I want!
Though unfortunately my imagination will either overwhelm me easily or....I might just "give back" in a way to a friend or two that have made me happy as of recent. A "gift" back i-in a way.

Setting prices is insanely difficult to me, and I relate a lot when you mention putting a lot of effort into your work, comparing it to what others receive for much less, so as it would seem.
I am happy you can see what is the right direction for you, and set value to your work accordingly!
