Well usually when I get pissed off I usually play a game, play calm music or read a fic or two but sometimes I go to one of my online friends and well vent it out. But in seriousness bottling up your anger can be unhealthy and results to breaking down into an anxiety attack after realizing you took it out on the wrong person which I sometimes end up doing but I learned not to bottle things in
