Second to last character design for a while.
A kitty that has been gracing the discord server with his presence for a while now. The easiest
way to explain the design would probably be: Imagine Snow as an Ice-Sprigatito x3
Not an alternate form for Snow, but a seperate character altogether, this time with actual ice powers.
