I'm not sure myself. This pic was taken during the fursuit parade, which took place during two other events that I wanted to attend. So, as soon as I finished taking these pics, I hurried off to catch the last half of one of the other events going on. Afterwards, I never saw that fursuit again, so I never go the chance to find out more about it.
