Okay, sooooo...I colored this is entirely by PC mouse...and in Photoshop Elements 8...this isn't as good with a PC mouse as it is with a tablet. Unfortunately, I don't has a tablet, so I had to do it with a PC.
Anyways, this is Khione the albino feral sergal.

Oh, and I have no clue why the transparent background turned into a black background. When I saved it, the transparent background was still there. Actually, the transparent background shows up when I open the picture files menu, but comes up black here. Oh well, what can I do? I'm no expert with Photoshop. To tell you the truth, I think it kinda contrasts well.
