This Gang performing his movement ability, Avalanche Slam. He not simply leaps into the air, but becomes also turns into other elements (allowing him to phase through solid objects), before reforming and
smashing into the ground, and applies orb effects upon impact (this one creates firestorms).
In this world, these warriors that resemble sumo wrestlers are part of a small, elite group meant to act as enforcers, body guards, and entertainment for their masters. Few in number, because of how scarce valuable resources there for such warriors to exist, things such as food. Their mere existence is meant to mock the generally poor masses, as well as to draw the latter's ire and attention away from the true rulers.
All of these warriors have come in contact with a strange substance that granted them reality-bending abilities, all kept in check by there commander, Kai, who can nullify such abilities. Although they are well-fed, they have to justify this by intense physical training and fulfilling their duties to the elites.
Once the populace was freed from the elites by the mysterious Brotherhood, those like Gang and Kai helped to not only fix the wrongs of the elites, but establish order in the lands devastated by constant fighting of the people amongst themselves.

Definitely based on E. Honda from Street Fighter, combined with Bloodmage/Invoker. This is an older version of Gang, still with his mustache. I originally made this piece a few years ago. Didn't post it, went mad to almost perma-deleted all my furry stuff (hiatus in 2021), then resumed it this year. Thankfully, crazy self only deleted the flat color, but it was still a lot to redo.
