I get so much joy from dancing. Abandoning yourself to the rythm, close your eyes and makes your body one with the notes. Feeling your heart beating in harmony with the drums and your mind wander over the strings of violins, the blow of the instruments against the fur, and the vibration of the sound over the thumps of your feet against the floor. It's exhilarating, intoxicating, exciting...I can't get enough. This is where I draw my energy: when sound and movement combines to create that feeling....it's when I feel the more alive.
