Background:
Hatching from an egg which was stranded on a beach, Hydrous came into the world confused, scared and alone. He spent the first few years of his life on that beach, managing to get by through scrounging up small bits of food, and occasionally being giving some food by kind Pokémon or trainer's. One day his beach became very polluted and to survive he ended up evolving into this unique form of Vaporeon. He now lives with his present day trainer and oddball Pokémon family, whom help him to clean and maintain his beach and the environment in general.
