Milly is a Mew being employed by the Flair Debonaire modeling agency alongside Meimu, Andrea, and the more recently seen Valentine. Not much is known about Milly's life before she applied to the agency, but her incredible skills with Transform landed her the job very easily.

As with most Mews (of which there really aren't that many in the world), she can replicate anyone she's seen very accurately, even more if she's made physical contact with them due to having genetic information to supplement the Transformation. She's also able to mix and match parts from different people, and make alterations to the appearance she takes.

As someone who can transform into quite possibly ANYTHING she can imagine (including a tentacle monster-y form that's quite popular with certain audiences), she's become a valuable asset of the modeling agency, but has a policy against full-on copying others. She likes to 'maintain their uniqueness' if possible, but otherwise is happy to change into distinctly different yet similar copies, such as a shiny coloration with a different hairstyle/color (or vice versa if the subject already IS a shiny).

While such skills are possible for Mews, she can go even further and replicate things that are fictional, like creatures from fantasy, which is not something easily done even by Mews, who often need a tangible subject to properly visualize what to transform into. The way she looks in the pic is more or less her 'default' state she falls back on, although she'll change up the color of her hair, and likes having a secondary color for her bangs as you can see here with the blue coloration.

She does have the downside of having no actual psychic powers, but has a high affinity for the more general practice of magic, something that's become more widely spread the past few decades. But that's a topic for later.
