"Having a relationship with me must really be a nightmare," Chomby said to Sarge in their mindscape.

"Why a nightmare? can't it be a dream?" Sarge asked.

"I dunno. Just thought of a horror concept." Chomby scratched an ear. "You're the only person I'd know that would like having a parasitic jacket like me as a friend."

"Chomby..." Sarge said. His tone sounded disapproving. "You already know what I have to say to that."

"Yeah, yeah. Symbiotic relationship or something... I get it." Chomby huffed. "But just... hear me out!"

"Hmm?"

"Horror concept for a song. Just... imagine being trapped in a situation like that."

"I'm imagining it." Sarge stuck a finger to his chin thoughtfully. "Got the lyrics and stuff all worked out?"

"Maybe... but I do need to ask. Do you think I could pull off being scary?"

"Dunno. You're constantly grumpy, and your demeanor is very sweet. I think, any attempts you make to be scary would just look cute. I kinda have that same issue."

"Huh," Chomby arched a brow. "Maybe that's the real nightmare."
