Many years ago, I was browsing this site for some hyena characters because I was just starting to reall like this particular animal for a character in a story I was writing.
I found the amazing Majin Banzai and immediately felt bad for how energetic, dramatic and badass her art looked. To this day, she might be the artist that influenced and inspired me the most.

The character that was sprouted from this brainstorming years ago was my now beloved Zavi, which happens to be the main focus to so many ideas I've been having these days.

Recently, I joined Banzai's twitch stream and felt right at home, I was struck with inspiration again and decided to do a little sketch and that sketch bcame more and turned into this stylish portrait as a gift ^v^
It was a ton of fun to do and reminded me to be more expressive with my brushstrokes.
