Long awaited request for someone on Discord who has been wanting me to do a drawing of Mayor Bulloney having a villainous discussion with my OC Mayor Edmund Silverwing, possibly in making the other aware of what he had to do in order to banish Harmony HawkTail from Avian City when she started to get too close in finding out about Silverwing's identity and him being the reason that Boot Hill Buzzard was kidnapped out in the cemetery by the Masked Bull and Saddle Sore Scorpion, offering him hush money to see that nobody else knows about this. Now Silverwing is making devious deals with the corrupted mayor of Cow Town, offering to help each other stay in power, warning that the riding hawk girl is still out there wandering across the mesa to try and search for her friend which will give them the advantage to keep on sending other infamous rogues, cutthroats, desperadoes, bandits, thieves, and outlaws after her, promising Mayor Bulloney that he has developed ways to prevent even anyone from the government in finding out about what they've been up to that he learned before his election, explaining why he was never outvoted by anyone else. In return, Mayor Bulloney reveals how much he and Terrorbull managed to change Boot Hill enough to make him forget who he used to be, where he was born, and what they continue to do in seeing that he never tries to make an escape from them anytime.
