This is the only shot I took on the walk back to the car, more rain came through and despite my camera supposedly being weatherproof.. I didn't want to test that theory, besides newer DSLR camera are insanely expensive.. who knows, if I manage to rekindle this hobby of mine I might treat myself.

Anyone out there got any pointers for cameras? I'm currently with a Canon 50D and I'm not a brand snob so would be open to other brands/makes.
