Apollo and Paisley watched merrily as Aro continued to perform a most entertaining dance as he eagerly awaited the arrival of the love of his life, Goatella. At times, Paisley tried to twitter and tweet just like the love-struck hummingbird. However, her young voice could only chirp out a few sweet peeps. Fortunately, Apollo was there to encourage his sister to keep on trying as, like he learned, "Practice makes perfect."

When Goatella arrived, there was lots of hugging and kissing and grown-up talk that just didn't quite interest either of the little conures. So, together, the pair ventured out to see more of the park.

It hadn't been more than a minute, or two, before Apollo's keen eye caught sight of another youngster he was fond of spending time with, Mina Duckling.

Excited to introduce Paisely to someone he liked to mentor, and who was more her age, Apollo eagerly flapped his way over towards the tree where Mina was flip-flapping her tiny wings. Her gentle, happy quacking almost calling to him as he and Paisley drew ever closer.

"Paisley, look!" he cheered as he helped his sister land. "This is Mina! She's a friend of mine from school and just a little oder than you!"

Paisley eyed the duckling as the duckling eyed her.

"Peep!" chirped Paisley nervously.

"Quack," replied Mina with a flutter of her wing.

"See!" cried Apollo gleefully as he ran up towards Mina with Paisley in tow. "I just knew you two would get along!"

Encouraged by her brother's charisma, Paisley toddled as fast as her little feet would allow her until she was right beside Mina.

"Peep-peep!" she chirped.

Mina winked her eyes and stared with curious interest as she replied, "Qua-aa-ack?"

"Yay!" Apollo exclaimed as he snuck behind Mina and wrapped a wing around her back. He then gestured for Paisley to come and snuggle-up against his other side before wrapping his other wing around her.

"I love you guys," he stated while nuzzling against the two youngsters.

As Apollo delighted in being big brother to both Paisley and Mina, Goatella and Aro had finished with their introductions and had decided to go off on a walk together before enjoying their lunch.

"D'aww," cooed Goatella upon spotting the youngsters snuggling by the tree. "How sweet. It reminds me of my little Sotelo when he was a baby."

With an affectionate smile, Aro drew Goatella in closer and put a wing against her belly.

"Maybe we can have a baby somday?" he gestured softly.

Goatella gave a bashful laugh before planting a gentle kiss upon Aro's cheek and saying, "Oh, Aro." in a sweet tone. She then put her hand over the wing that her boyfriend was still using to rub her tummy before adding, "I guess we'll have to see what happens."

The two lovers continued on their merry way as Apollo, Paisley, and Mina all gradually felt the call of slumber dragging them off to rest alongside the tree.
