Original Species: Elysian Sea Hog
The Elysian Sea Hog is a species of wild pig native to the western coast of the Elysian Continent. This swine turned to the sea in search of food due to increased competition on land. It lost most of its fur and developed a plantigrade stance and webbing between its toes. With these adaptations, it became a decent swimmer and gained access to a new food source: seaweed and sea grass.
The Sea Hog still regularly visits the land to rear its young and escape marine predators. Its demeanor is usually fairly docile...at least, when focused on eating.
It is theorized that Sea Hogs developed from a population of wild pigs that traveled between the mainland and nearby coastal islands. As time passed, these pigs became more and more adapted to life in the water.

Thank you!
And to me, it's always nice to read a comment that is longer than one word :D
Like, legit, it's nice. On dA, by comparison, I usually get 1-word comments or comparisons of "your 'x' looks like/reminds me of 'y'".
So a genuine simple comment like yours feels refreshing :)
