Lately the joints on my fingers have been pretty stiff with the occasional mild radiating pain and I fear its the early signs of Arthritis...maaaan...growing old suuuuuuuucks....hopefully there's something I can do to handle this (aside from pain meds)

If I can think of any suggestions I could make:
· look into compression gloves if you don't have them already
· make sure you take breaks to relax your hands, do exercises for it, etc
· Collagen supplements or collagen-rich foods help a lot keeping your joints heathy
