Aaa IIRC, the blue is for the clear skies of Val Verde, providing light n rain for the crops, black is the fertile soil n red is the martyrs' blood spilled on it. The black star is for the grieving for the lost in the wars thought. - Most of them started by RVV itself with small invasions and occupations -
