The first of many Iustitia Rescuers that aren't a part of Voltaire proper, we have this... Odd Typhlosion. He woke up here one day with no memory and a tattoo of a 7 on his arm, and so what did he do? Join up with a budding Rescue Team. Y'know, like you do. Since that, he's become the loyal leader of Team Misfits, who are basically just a bunch of goobers who do good for good (And money, that too). Despite his situation, he isn't exactly too jazzed about finding out about his past, preferring to stay where he is with his little found family.
