Lucia Santoro's fascination with history led her to pursue employment in the Sacrare Hall of Records in her home district of Theophanies. Her natural curiosity led her to attend an illegal power use demonstration put on by one of the Hall's visitors - namely, a dreamkeeper named Azel Atrox. As a result, Lucia was pulled into Anduruna's secret world of power users, and eventually awakened her own power with Azel's help.

In combat, Lucia uses her insight power to inform herself of her opponents' intentions and outmaneuver them with ease. This in combination with Tetsukan skills (taught to her by yet another power user) and her naturally sharp talons makes her a force to be reckoned with even against numerous opponents.

Another ASoP ref sheet, this time for Lucia. I've always had a bit of trouble drawing her, but now I think I finally got her design down. I tried to avoid a whole lot of spoilers for the fic in the bio, while also incorporating some new canon lore from after it was written.
