It's Seiji! Tribby's character in Pony Form! With Wings! Run! XD
Seiji is "truly" a Fox, with white fade on his front legs [I've yet to get my lazy butt to actually draw him.. lol]
Sagey demanded to have wings in his pony form, so Voila, Wings XD
Truly, his hair is shorter, and goes over his right eye [our left looking at him] But Clay is hard to manipulate over a pony's eyes and still "look good" so hence... why it's longer.. sayin he's wearin a wig for thins one XD
