Ballychu the pikachu has a chain fetish by wanting to put shackles on their foot and electrocuting them with the chain. The reason why is because she was a chained prisoner to darkovillain when she was young. after the escape she evolved to pikachu, she now wants to team up with Darko and want to torture other Pokémon’s with the chain electrocution.
