I've always had an affinity for the Weather Channel. Growing up, it was something that my father would always have on the TV in the living room as background noise. The smooth jazz and simple, vibrant colors of the various informational panels always made me feel calm. At one point, I even considered becoming a meteorologist just to be on TV for weather.
