Arrrrgh. So many pound and rescue dogs and mutts out there who are looking for a good home and who are perfectly friendly and loving ... (like mine!)
Unless you're going to be competing in dog shows, I don't understand why someone would pay that much. :P

Or breeding.. there's apparently some kind of clause in the contract that states the dog either needs to be put into shows or used as a bitch, so I have no idea why the hell our neighbor's putting herself through the extra effort when she really doesn't have any drive to do much of anything.
